Experience

I have over 25+ years experience working on residential homes. From exterior to interior. I have first hand experience and knowledge from working  with roofing, siding, gutters, decking, windows, drywall, flooring and many other areas.  I preformed Home Inspection Repairs for 15+ years...... that has led me to this next chapter in my career. Being a home inspector is a natural progression for me.

APC  provides you with the information you need to make an informed decision about the property to be inspected in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Having preformed or managed Every Single Aspect of over 500 home Inspection Repair Lists,  I know my way around A Home Inspection.

We deliver an oral report on-site, we love when our clients ask questions! And we deliver a detailed, electronic report to our clients following the home inspection the same day! I will make you feel in control of your new home on Day 1 !

We understand you are busy.
We will work with you on what date and time works best for you.
Don't get home from work until 6pm? No worries.
Won't have a day off until the weekend?

We are competitive with our pricing. Our inspections start at just $365. Price variation based on square footage of the home location, condition & history.
